Your first photo is the thumbnail in search and is often cropped to a square. Etsy suggests 2000 px on the shortest side so zoom stays sharp.
Big Shop Banner

The large banner on your shop home. Etsy also accepts 3360 × 840 for large screens. Phones crop the sides, so keep text in the centre.
Mini Shop Banner
1600 × 213 px · ~7.5:1
A slim strip in place of the big banner that leaves more room for listings. Works best with a pattern or one short line of text.
Shop Icon
500 × 500 px · 1:1
Your logo next to the shop name, in reviews and in messages. It shows small, so a simple mark with strong contrast reads best.
