By using ImageSizeTool ("the tool", "the service") at imagesizetool.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

ImageSizeTool is a free, browser-based tool for resizing, cropping, converting, and adjusting images. All processing happens locally in your browser. The service is provided by a solo developer and is offered free of charge, supported by display advertising.

Your content

You retain full ownership of any images you process with this tool. Because all processing is done locally in your browser, no images are transmitted to or stored on our servers. We claim no rights over your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to process or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Is obscene, defamatory, or harmful to others

You are solely responsible for the content you process and any downstream use of the exported files.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tool will be available at all times, free from errors, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageSizeTool and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service changes and availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may introduce paid tiers or change which features are free in the future. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
